The Primordial Wound

This definition does not refer to a sin or human error, but to a cosmic experience that all beings have lived.

What is the Primordial Wound

The Primordial Wound has a cosmic origin: it arises when the soul leaves Home (the Source, the All) to experience itself as a unique and separate being.

The Sense of Separation

The moment we perceive ourselves as individual, the feeling of being "cut off" from the love of the All arises. This generates pain and confusion.

The Inner Void: this separation left a sense of lack, a profound void that human beings have sought to fill ever since—through power, control, possession, and very often through sexuality.

The Distortions of Sexuality: Precisely because sexuality carries with it the echo of the original union (the return to wholeness), it has been used both as a path to completeness and as a form of manipulation and energy vampirism.

Key Teaching

The Primordial Wound does not need to be healed, because in reality there has never been a true separation: it is an illusion necessary for the experience of individuality. The path consists of acknowledging the Wound, embracing it, and reintegrating it, remembering that we are already whole. In other words, it is the illusion of being separate from the Source and from others, which has led to the need to seek outside what is actually already within us.

From Wound to Gift: Acceptance of Separation

Precisely because it arises from the feeling of being separated from the Source, when we stop wanting to "repair" it and begin to recognize it as part of our journey, it ceases to be pain and becomes awareness.

The Gift of Individuality

Without this Wound, there would have been no experience of the Unique Self. It is precisely through feeling separate that we were able to discover what it means to be independent creators.

Sexuality as a Mirror

In the desire for union with another, there is a call to original unity. When the Wound is integrated, sexuality no longer serves to fill a void, but becomes a celebration of wholeness.

From Need to Sharing

The Wound leads us to seek energy outside ourselves (need, manipulation, energy vampirism). Once integrated, we discover that our energy is infinite: we no longer need to take it from anyone. We can only share it freely.

Conscious Return to the One

It is not a "going back Home" as if we had lost something, but a return enriched by the experience. The Wound becomes a gift because it has allowed us to discover that we are both unique and part of the Whole at the same time. The Primordial Wound was the cradle of our freedom. He made us believe we were broken so that we, as conscious creators, could remember that we were never broken.

Meditation: From Wound to Gift

Sit or lie down in a quiet place. Close your eyes. Bring your attention to your breathing. Make it slow, soft, and deep.

Feel the Wound

Place your hands on your heart. Imagine feeling a slight emptiness there, a sense of loss, like an ancient Wound. Don't judge it, don't try to change it. Just feel it.

Give It Voice

Imagine the Wound can speak to you. Perhaps it says, "I feel alone," "I'm missing something," "I'm afraid I'm not whole." Listen lovingly, as you would a child.

Welcome

Take a deep breath and say, "I see you. I welcome you. You are part of me." Allow the Wound to no longer be an enemy, but a companion.

The Transformation

Imagine that a golden light begins to flow from that void. It doesn't come from outside: it comes from within the Wound itself. The light expands into your chest, your arms, your entire body.

The Gift

Now feel: you are not broken, you are complete. The Wound was just a portal. Repeat within yourself: "I am whole. I am free. I am creator."

Integration

Stay for a moment, enjoying this light that fills you. Breathe deeply and let it spread throughout your energy field.

Return

Slowly return to your natural breathing. Move your hands, your feet. Open your eyes, bringing with you this new sensation of fullness.

Every time you feel the emptiness or lack resurfacing, you can repeat this visualization: not to erase the Wound, but to remember that the gift is already there. Here's a short version, to use anywhere when you feel a sense of loss or separation resurfacing:

I see you, Wound, and I welcome you.

Within you is my light.

I am whole. I am free. I am creator.
